Welcome to Echo Hub Email from Amazon
RiverStreet Networks purchased your Echo Hub device as a gift. Below is the “Let’s Get Started” email sent upon purchase from Amazon. All future communication will be sent directly to you upon device registration.

1. Have your Wi-Fi and Amazon passwords handy
During setup, you will connect to the internet and sign into your Amazon account. Make sure you also have your login information for any supported music streaming service providers you want to listen to or control with your Echo Hub device.
2. Mount and plug in your Echo Hub device
Mounting instructions are included inside your Echo Hub box. Plug your Echo Hub into an outlet. In about a minute, the display will turn on and Alexa will greet you.
3. Complete the setup
Follow the on-screen setup instructions. During setup, you’ll connect to Wi-Fi so you can access Amazon services.
4. Just ask Alexa
Once setup is complete, say “Alexa” to wake your Echo Hub device, then ask for music, news, weather, and more. You’ll know Alexa is ready when the blue bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
Check out our Alexa guide for the latest updates. You can also ask, “Alexa, what can you do?”
5. Access settings and shortcuts
Swipe down from the top of your Echo Hub screen to access Settings.
