The device will be activated upon delivery. You should be able to plug the device in, and it will be ready to connect your devices to it. The device’s name and password are located on the device itself for Wi-Fi connectivity.

Yes, we do have a 1-year warranty. If the device is not working due to a mechanical failure, please contact 888-727-2281. Call us for replacement costs if the device has water or customer damage.

You can connect as many devices as you like. The more devices connected and actively using the service may impact speed performance. Usually in the range of 15-30 connections.

Yes, you can; depending on the number of devices connected, you may notice slow-down speeds.

Yes, all devices will have a password on the device for Wi-Fi connectivity.
