Affordable Internet for Your Home and Family

Lifeline
The Lifeline Program reduces monthly bills for Local Telephone and Broadband Service for low-income customers.
Current recipients of Medicaid, Food & Nutrition Services (Food Stamps), Federal Public Housing or Section 8 Assistance (FPHS), Federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Veteran’s Pension or Survivor’s Pension, a Tribal Program, or if household income is at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines, may qualify. Limit one Lifeline Discount per household. Having multiple discounts could result in the loss of one or all discounts.
Low-Income Plan
You may be eligible for the Low-Income Plan if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Enrolled in Lifeline with RiverStreet – If you’re already receiving Lifeline assistance through RiverStreet, you automatically qualify.
- Enrolled in Lifeline with Another Provider – If you currently receive Lifeline benefits from another provider, you’ll need to provide proof of eligibility.
- Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) – If a child in your household attends a school or school district that participates in CEP (free or reduced lunch), your household may qualify. If the school district does not participate, the individual child must receive CEP benefits.
If you believe you qualify or have questions, contact a Sales and Support Rep at 844-238-0131 to check your eligibility and sign up for affordable, high-speed Internet.
