RiverStreet is working together with state and local officials across Brunswick County, VA to make high-speed Internet a reality for the community. Using capital funds, the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF), and the Broadband Equity, Access Deployment (BEAD) program, the FCC Connect America Fund (CAF) II program, RiverStreet is focused on building a reliable, future-proof network covering 412 miles and reaching over 5,700 homes and businesses with fiber Internet.
The progress is already visible: As of spring 2026, almost 60 homes and businesses in Brunswick County have already been connected to our fiber network.
